Sorry that you got Poison Oak. I had the same worry because I once got it in AR50 2006. Then I was careful in RDL but did not see any. I thought they flourish in spring time when there is much rain. Glad that you had such a fast recovery from it. I had over one week to stop itching.
Dude, I must've got lucky. I could've swore some of those dried twigs brushing my legs were poison oak (I get it bad), but I've been itch free. Maybe I accidentally pissed on my legs, dunno... BTW, I've added a link to your photos, thanks for snapping.
In case anyone doesn't know, they always have this soap nad sometimes Technu to wash off at the AR50 finish on the other side of the parking lot from the finish line. Makes a big difference.
Overall, I think I was pretty lucky. The largest streak I got was only about an inch long, the other three maybe 1/2 inch. Most are dried - only one still itches. I think I must have gotten it each time I stepped aside to allow the speedsters like Mark pass me :)

May 17 - Keys Ultra 100 mile endurance run (kind of hurts my chances of doing Ohlone Wilderness now)
May 18 - Ohlone Wilderness 50km run (withdrew due to conflict with Keys Ultra)
July 12/13 - Hardrock 100 mile endurance run (Lottery results has me deep in the wait-list so 2008 HR will not happen for me)

I feel your pain! I have just a little bit on my legs. Much better than when I was there at AR50, I had it all over me!
Yeah - I only have 4 spots/streaks. Almost all gone/dried now.

I get it really bad too. I usually have a large bottle of Technu in my truck.
