PRE-RACE DAY AT KEY LARGO

I met my crew for the first time today at the pre-race meeting. Mandy, Teri and Michele met me at the host hotel and then we went to registeration


There I met Lisa Smith-Batchen the former winner of Badwater 135 and profiled in Running on the Sun. She will also be running the Keys 100.


She gave a nice talk at the pre-race meeting too.


Then RD's Jared and Bob gave their informative talk.


Then the pre-race pasta dinner for me and Mandy, Teri and Michele.


As our team is 3 lawyers and a forensic toxicologist, we dubbed ourselves:
