My feet are almost recovered from RR100 and the training miles. Here are my battle scars: 3 black toenails about to fall off, the nail that has fallen off and the skin peeling away from my blisters. Fun stuff!

would highly recommend this book Alan. learnt a lot from that. give that a thorough read before badwater.
Thanks Anil - I went one step further and purchased an hour coaching from Don and Gillian (ZombieRunner owners and finishers of Badwater). But I will look at the book too.
